Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH, the management consultancy for India and member of the “Global Consulting Alliance”, has successfully carried out and completed the search for a sales manager in India for BAUMANN Federn AG from Switzerland (BAUMANN Springs Ltd.).
The search project had previously been approached with Indian personnel agencies, but despite the considerable time investment of around a year, this was not successful. Only through Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH was able to identify candidates of the required quality and win them for employment at BAUMANN. We were looking for a sales representative with experience primarily in the automotive industry with an appropriate network in the Pune region.
“We only found the right sales director for our Indian business with WB. The personnel search in India was carried out by Indian employees of the responsible subsidiary WB Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. carried out and supervised by the project manager and representative of WB in Switzerland (St. Gallen), Ms. Carmen Heinrich.
