The management consultancy Dr. Dr., which specializes in India Wamser + Batra GmbH is expanding its team in the WB turnaround management® department.

Added since March 01, 2016 Bernd Meissner another manager with experience in India joins the WB team. The former managing director of Flender Ltd. and Vice President Siemens Ltd. is available to the company as an interim manager.

Not every foreign company is successful in India.

Due to social and cultural peculiarities, medium-sized companies in particular are having a difficult time in India. That's why Dr. Wamser + Batra group of companies specializes in supporting companies in optimizing existing activities, in necessary restructuring/redevelopment and in acute problems in India and in the specialist area for this purpose WB turnaround management® built up.

One of the main activities is interim management temporary assumption of overall responsibility of a company or a project.

Over the last few years, numerous restructuring and crisis management projects have been successfully handled by six interim managers and various specialists from WB.

Bernd Meissner: Vita

WB has now gained prominent access through Mr. Bernd Meissner, who has many years of management experience in India: He worked in India from 2009 to 2014, including as CEO of Flender Ltd. (subsidiary of Flender AG) with responsibility for sales, engineering, production, purchasing, quality and personnel. He also gained experience in optimizing the supply chain, expanding production and expanding local sourcing. As part of the takeover of Flender AG by Siemens AG, Mr. Meissner took on the position of Vice President Siemens Ltd. as part of the integration. in Kolkata and Kharagpur.

He then moved to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Director at W.Hunger Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata, a subsidiary of W.Hunger International GmbH, Würzburg.
