We have been dealing with India and its market as management consultants since 2003, i.e. for almost 15 years. At that time, most medium-sized companies set foot in India for the very first time and the focus of our work was consequently on market studies, market exploration trips and the search for sales partners. Our projects often resulted in the founding of companies and personnel searches (appointment of managing directors and executives).
The Indian environment and the associated challenges have changed enormously since then. Today, the focus of our advice is no longer primarily on market entry, as most European companies have already successfully taken this step. Our focus is now on the holistic planning, implementation and control of our customers' business activities in India and, above all, their optimization!

We see ourselves as the leading quality providers of consulting and implementation services in India. Our aim is to offer our customers sustainable added value through tangible and realistic solutions.
That's why we only use people with real expert knowledge. All of our specialists and managers have already taken on responsibility for medium-sized businesses and corporations in India and have proven many times that they “know and can do India”.
With us there are no ready-made recipes out of the drawer or off-the-shelf advice. Together with our customers' management, we develop individual strategic solutions that are in the interests of the parent company. All too often, the Indian business takes on a life of its own - namely whenever important management decisions for India are made on the basis of so-called "Indian conditions" or by people who only live in India.
Our team of experts in Europe currently consists of around 20 specialists at several locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. With them and their many years of experience, we have been able to support around 160 European corporations and medium-sized companies on around 250 projects in recent years.
For operational implementation on site, we can also rely on a team of over 30 specialists in our offices in Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, as well as in Mumbai, Chennai and Coimbatore.
