The Chinese and Indian markets offer German entrepreneurs many opportunities. However, developments in the two Asian countries continue to present their German trading and investment partners with new challenges. But it's not just external factors (which are difficult to influence) that lead to less satisfactory sales results. As in our current study WB Business Climate Index India analysed, it is primarily internal reasons caused by our own local management that are slowing down growth, in particular:

  1. Unrealistic planning, lack of transparency and false assumptions based on unreliable data
  2. Weaknesses in the company's own sales structure in India / lack of methodology in the sales process
  3. Lack of customer proximity & inadequate advice
