The mechanical engineering company Schenck Process Group is one of the world market leaders in the field of measurement and process engineering and employs around 2.500 people worldwide. The company is present in 20 countries (including India) on all five continents.

Personnel planning and recruitment
In India, organizations function “differently” than in Europe (keyword: hierarchy, handling of information, communication & teamwork, etc.). Under these conditions, foreign companies cannot transfer their internationally proven structures and processes 1:1 to India.
We therefore have experts with in-depth knowledge of the country and the cultural differences, which we bring to our customer projects. This is particularly important for complex tasks and solution approaches.
Together with Schenck process We have developed an organizational chart that works in India and staffed it with appropriate personalities. The personnel search included filling management positions, support and support in the implementation of personnel measures such as the procurement of local middle management experts.
Under the leadership of Werner Heesen, the team of Dr. Wamser + Batra implemented personnel measures through management assessments (e.g. 360 degree feedback) and advised on development opportunities for potential candidates.
Interim Management
Another challenging task was the appointment of an interim manager who, as COO, looked after our local interests during an important restructuring phase and provided significant support in the implementation of our reorganization.
