Management experience and successes in India
During his first seven (of twelve) years in India, he was responsible for an investment project worth CHF 80 million in Pune and, as Managing Director, was able to substantially increase the mechanical engineering company's sales and local market shares. Michael Enderle has profound experience in developing and managing the local subsidiary with all company-relevant functions with over 1.300 employees and using change and process management. The fact that overcoming many obstacles and experience in dealing with local conditions were part of the success of building this local company are further sustainable assets. As head of the Swiss Business Hub India, Switzerland's export and investment promotion organization, Michael Enderle and his team also accompanied over a hundred Swiss companies every year in their challenges in the growth market of India.
