There is no shortage of service providers and service offerings for the corporate services sector in either Germany or India. You will find countless smaller and larger providers who can take over individual areas such as payroll or even the entire finance department, so that you can only concentrate on the essentials: market development and making money.

With our processing center and above 40 subject matter experts at Locations New Delhi, Pune, Bangalore and Mumbai We also keep our customers’ backs free from annoying administrative tasks. In this sense, we primarily take care of financial and payroll accounting, including all tax issues (tax compliance) as well as the so-called secretarial compliances, i.e. ensuring that all your activities are in accordance with Indian corporate law.

Added value through the foresight of the employees

Here too, as in all other areas, we take a broad or all-round view: we not only see individual tasks, but also or in particular the connections and effects of the individual processes and projects. We also look left and right and think a few steps ahead. Our main concern is to actively support companies in their sustainable growth in India.

Our employees provide high-quality performance because it's not just about 'processing', but about sensitive handling of numbers and processes. A sensitive, conscious approach that leads to irregularities and inconsistencies being noticed.

An example from our practice:

A payment to the wife of the Indian manager appears in the voucher accounting. The receipts are available and the payments can also be recorded properly. From the administration's point of view there is nothing objectionable - the process is 'clean'.

But not for us: A payment order to the family of the internal workforce is not only unusual, it also makes us suspicious. It is clear to us that in such a case order of flags is hoisted. The observation is documented and the parent company is informed so that possible discrepancies can be clarified promptly and possible risks or even crises that have already arisen can be identified and contained at an early stage.

In this case, it turned out that the payments were to be approved by the parent company and paid out to the manager's family as a kind of bonus. But the background could also have been different: nepotism, corruption, embezzlement, etc.

Without expressing personal opinions or even accusing the people involved, facts are passed on neutrally to the head office. Here it was simply the information “Attention, there is an extraordinary/unusual payment to a family member of the employee” and a note to check this process.

The example shows how important it is to have foresight and attention, but also to understand the connections and processes, in order to recognize 'uncomfortable' situations and act accordingly. This approach is supported by constant contact with the parent company and open, transparent communication.

Even the smallest discrepancies can develop into major risks and therefore enormous problems for the company if they are ignored or not passed on to the responsible authorities.
