One of our long-standing customers, a globally operating medium-sized mechanical and plant manufacturer, was planning to expand his company in India. The company should expand

Our task as WB was to structure this expansion together with the customer and put together a team that had the necessary skills to drive this expansion forward at an operational level.
Due to our many years of experience in India business, we were aware of the knowledge and qualifications the new team members needed to have in order to successfully build the new business. A constant exchange would be essential both with colleagues in Germany and with local Indian buyers and suppliers. In addition to numerous other skills and foreign language knowledge, strong communication skills are therefore absolutely necessary for a successful, harmonious team.
Form a successful team with new positions filled
Starting at the management level and then moving into sales, design and production, WB recruited a group of employees who would form the backbone of the planned expansion. This included filling the following positions:

Company handbook as a practical aid
