The budget provides for data and maps from the PM Gati Shakti portal to be used for private sector accessible and real-time data is available to inform strategic decisions by entrepreneurs. 2. Multimodal connectivity

As a master plan, the Master Plan integrates various national programmes such as Bharatmala (road development), Sagarmala (port modernisation) and UDAN (regional airport plan), thereby creating a unified framework for development.
