ARCA produces control valves primarily for the chemical industry, food industry, power plants and the oil and gas processing industry. ARCA operates a joint venture in India. In this context, questions arose again and again, among other things in order to protect the interests of the German parent company and to adapt the relationship with the JV partner, which has developed historically (over decades), to today's reality.
