ASK Chemicals

ASK Chemicals GmbH is a German chemical company with products for foundry technology, such as resins, coatings, binders and release agents. It was created through the merger of the foundry divisions of Ashland Inc. and Süd-Chemie.

ASK has also been operating production sites in India for many years.

As part of a necessary restructuring, Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH was commissioned to temporarily take over the management of the Indian activities in the form of an interim management project. The goal: To reach mutually agreed solutions for the restructuring measures together with the Indian workforce/unions etc.
