CHIRON-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG is a major German manufacturer of CNC manufacturing centers with around 1.300 employees and based in Tuttlingen. CHIRON manufacturing systems are in demand in all metal processing industries, especially when it comes to high-quality machining of complex workpieces at minimal unit costs, and this is increasingly the case in the Indian market. CHIRON has had a subsidiary in the growth market of India for several years.
CHIRON searched in vain for sales staff in various regions for its activities in India. “Unfortunately, our attempts with local recruitment agencies were ultimately in vain. Either no candidates could be found or they did not have the required qualifications and personality. Together with the local management of CHIRON India in Bangalore - where Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH opened a new location in January 2014 - the German-Indian project team was Dr. Wamser + Batra is able to quickly fill the open sales positions at two locations in India. The important industrial locations of Pune and New Delhi were able to be strengthened for CHIRON in India from a sales perspective. Mike D. After unsuccessful attempts with local recruitment agencies, we finally contacted Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH conducted the search for suitable sales personnel in various regions in India. Many of the candidates found and those ultimately hired fully met our expectations.
