CONTITECH AG is present in India with 9 companies/locations. An Indian employee was sought locally to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer for the activities of the Power Transmission Group. A particular focus was on the integration of the Indian company into CONTITECH's global controlling.

The search was conducted in India by Indian employees of WB subsidiary WB Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. carried out in Delhi and coordinated with the ContiTech management by the German project management from the parent company (Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH).
