Our local sources bconfirm a non-partisans Act in the Covid-19 crisis the Central and state governments, There are (so far) to noe report about a Swerve by individual local authorities. There seems to be a high degree of joint efforts, as in Germany.
So far, no bigger Unrest reported. The food supply even at village level / migrant workers etc. ist zurzeit Together gesichert than was feared. Inzwischen even (well-functioning) online services have been set up where people and families in need can register in order to be supplied with food and other relevant products. A real ray of hope!

Unfortunately, India's reality "on the ground" also includes the fact that crises and exceptional situations can always lead to social tensions, populism and agitation. There are currently increasing reports (especially from rural areas) of growing discrimination against Muslim citizens, partly because they are accused of bringing the virus into the country.
