Are there any further transport restrictions currently in effect?

In addition to the pure transport of goods, the transport of mobile machines for certain applications is now also possible allowed, such as from harvesting machines. Basically are   agricultural activities (due to the upcomingn harvesting) and fishing been included in all exception lists.
