FELSS SYSTEMS GMBH
The Felss Group produces both metal processing machines and components for various industries, especially the automotive industry, under the brand name Felss Shortcut Technologies. Technically, the focus is on the cold forming processes of rotary swaging, axial forming, bending, autofrettage and end machining. Headquartered in Königsbach-Stein, Felss generates over 600 million euros with around 5 employees in 125 countries.
Within the Felss Group, Felss Systems GmbH is responsible for mechanical engineering and has been active in India since 2005. During this time, a number of sales partners were tested, but ultimately no partner was happy in the long term. So the decision was made to open our own sales office on site. As a partner for this project, the company chose Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH, as they felt they were in the best hands there. Ultimately, this turned out to be exactly the right decision: the ambitious schedule was adhered to exactly and the required job profile could be filled optimally.
I have rarely experienced that almost all candidates in the final selection were considered for our job profile. This was possible thanks to the excellent preparatory work of the WB team and, what's more, with a very ambitious timeline, which was adhered to perfectly. Many thanks to the entire WB team.
