NIHON PAKERIZING
Nihon Parkerizing is a Japanese group of companies with locations in Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Korea, the Philippines and the USA, among others. Nihon Parkerizing is a producer of chemical products for surface treatment (e.g. rust prevention and pre-treatment).
The company has been operating a subsidiary in India for several years, which was originally purely active in sales in India. Nihon Parkerizing India is currently being converted into a manufacturing company. As part of the planned expansion, the need arose to hire a “human resources manager” who would be responsible for hiring future production staff, staff development and leadership. Due to the project circumstances, short-term action was required, so WB was commissioned to find a suitable candidate under considerable time pressure.
The project, ie the search for an Indian managing director, was successfully completed by WB in a record time of less than 4 weeks. We are very happy and completely satisfied with WB.
