From 2008 to 2012, Dr. Wamser + Batra supported the pump manufacturer “Richter Chemietechnik GmbH” for market access to India. In addition to achieving the operational functionality of Richter India, work included various services such as finding personnel for a production manager, carrying out a location analysis, purchasing a property in Coimbatore (including price negotiations and usage/building permits), finding suppliers (foundries) and Support with market access (identification of the most important customers and their decision-makers).
