He is a law graduate, certified company secretary and has several years of experience in corporate governance, compliance management, legal research, legal drafting, contract management, auditing and due diligence in India business. He is also certified in financial and capital markets and is very familiar with the methods of raising money.

Through his experience in various positions in various industries, he is aware of the challenges faced by foreign companies coming to India and offers practical and proven solutions. His desire to continually learn as a legal expert makes him a reliable partner.
