Ms. Wamser has been working in the field of communications for 20 years. In addition to studying English, she was responsible for the quick and smooth processing of customer complaints in the customer service department at the “QVC Customer Care Center” in Bochum and, as a trained bookseller, she gained years of experience in direct customer contact.
Since 2014, Ms. Wamser has been working as a communications assistant at Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH responsible for both external and internal communication.
I can use my years of experience in customer contact on a daily basis. In communication with our customers – and also in internal communication – friendliness and, above all, reliability and honesty are the top priority.
I am convinced that only direct and honest contact with our customers, without intrusiveness, creates the necessary trust to be able to work with each other.
As part of the communications team, Ms. Wamser takes care of, among other things, the coordination of appointments between our customers and the expert teams and is responsible for the preparation and follow-up of events.
