He has practical experience in handling compliance management, secretarial audits and due diligence functions for leading listed and unlisted corporations in India. Deepanshu also performs liaison functions with various statutory and regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Reserve Bank of India and various Labor Ministries.
