Jan H. Heinen
As an entrepreneurial thought leader, Mr. Heinen brings with him more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the areas of corporate development, finance and enterprise risk management.
In addition to military training and university training to become a businessman, Mr. Heinen completed training as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in the USA.
Mr. Heinen analyzed and optimized the structure and process structures of industrial companies along the entire value chain in both medium-sized and listed companies.
His passion is to solve problems pragmatically, seize opportunities and create added value for customers and stakeholders.
Most recently, Mr. Heinen was responsible for corporate development in a German medium-sized holding company with various change management and M&A projects.
Example projects include the restructuring of an Indian mechanical engineering company along the entire value chain, the detection of white-collar criminal acts and the repatriation of company assets amounting to millions.
