Ms. Gadmade is employed by WB when it comes to preparing German companies for dealing with the Indian legal system, taking Indian legal peculiarities into account when drawing up contracts, interpreting or preparing any disputes from the Indian (legal) perspective and in the case of legal proceedings to coordinate communication between local lawyers, Indian courts/authorities and the German headquarters.
