As a manager and self-employed management consultant (in Europe and Asia), Werner Tauss was primarily concerned with people, processes and numbers throughout his career. The control of capacities and prices (yield management) was and is the central theme of his professional life. In various leadership roles, Mr. Tauss was responsible for sales at Lufthansa AG, SIXT AG and AIDA Cruises, among others, and managed both small teams and larger departments. He founded an IT subsidiary for Lufthansa in India and managed it for several years as a member of the Board of Directors.
